Connect your Facebook account

  1. 1Ensure you have admin access to a Facebook Page
  2. 2Go to Profiles in your Cue dashboard
  3. 3Click Connect Account on a profile
  4. 4Select Facebook from the platform list
  5. 5Log in to Facebook and select the Page(s) to connect
  6. 6Grant Cue permission to manage your Pages
  7. 7You're connected! Start scheduling posts

Cue connects to Facebook Pages only. Personal profiles and Groups are not supported by Facebook's API for third-party apps.

Questions & Answers

No. Facebook's API only allows third-party apps to post to Pages, not personal profiles. This is a Facebook restriction, not a Cue limitation.
Not currently. Facebook's API has limited Group posting support. We're monitoring for changes.
Facebook requires Page admin access to authorize third-party posting. If you manage a Page but aren't an admin, ask the Page owner to grant you admin access.
Currently Cue supports feed posts. Reels and Stories have limited API support from Facebook.
Facebook has rate limits for API posts. For normal usage, you won't hit these limits. If you do, Cue will retry automatically.
