Connect your TikTok account

  1. 1Ensure you have a TikTok Business or Creator account
  2. 2Go to Profiles in your Cue dashboard
  3. 3Click Connect Account on a profile
  4. 4Select TikTok from the platform list
  5. 5You'll be redirected to TikTok to authorize access
  6. 6Grant Cue permission to post on your behalf
  7. 7You're connected! Start scheduling videos

Questions & Answers

TikTok's API requires a Business or Creator account for third-party posting. Personal accounts have limited API access.
TikTok is primarily a video platform. Photo slideshows can be created in the TikTok app and aren't supported via API.
TikTok supports MP4 and MOV files. Vertical video (9:16 aspect ratio) performs best. Max file size is 287 MB.
Original audio in your video is supported. Adding TikTok's licensed music library isn't available via API.
TikTok's API is more restrictive than other platforms. Some features like Duets, Stitches, and licensed music are only available in the app.
